Main Tasks:

• Worked on DBC & Automative Steering Control unit value stream project.

• Optimizing the production process of steering control unit to reach target KPI.

• CAD Modelling & FEA simulation of the machine tools installed in the assembly

• Updating the maintenance, and life cycle data of the machine parts installed in the assembly line.

• Helping colleagues related to above tasks.

• Ideally this department takes care of all the issues related to the assembly line

Mechanical Engineer Intern

Main Tasks: 

• Worked on a new production unit development project.

• Main task was the selection of proper Pumps, Valves, Pressure Vessels etc. and maintenance according to the production requirements.

• Collaboration with different teams related to the project.

• Achieved valuable experience of industrial environments.
